We are a small group of corporate sustainability practitioners who created howtoESG to help busy sustainability professionals navigate the increasingly complex world of sustainability training, tools, and resources.
We started by building a database of courses, tools, and providers we found useful in our own work—so they could all be in one place and discoverable by other professionals. It grew into a comprehensive resource hub which we’re continually curating and improving.
The aim of howtoESG is simple: help you discover what you need, faster.
Whether you’re looking for ESG reporting software, carbon accounting courses, or sustainability consultants, we organize the options so you can quickly orient yourself without wasting time or budget.
howtoESG is a part-time passion project, outside of our jobs in corporate sustainability. We don’t sell anything—we’re motivated by creating a useful resource for the ESG community.

Natalya Lozovaya
Creator
Natalya has 15 years of diverse corporate responsibility experience across the UK, US, and Africa, and has worked in advocacy, consulting, and in-house, delivering sustainability outcomes through innovative reporting, data-driven management, and flexible stakeholder engagement.
Her current full time role is leading sustainability in a global law firm in London.
Natalya holds an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and is a certified Carbon Literacy Facilitator.
Olga Krylova
Bridge Builder
Olga Krylova is an accomplished sustainability leader with over a decade of international experience. She has managed projects and partnerships for global organizations across Switzerland, Kenya, Italy, and Russia, bringing a collaborative approach to advancing responsible business and environmental stewardship.
Olga holds a Master’s in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and is fluent in English, Russian, German, and French. Based in Switzerland, she is known for her ability to connect diverse teams, deliver measurable results, and champion sustainability through practical, innovative solutions.
