About This Course

Developed in partnership with Positive Impact, this ISO 20121 course bundle is designed to help you ensure an environmentally responsible approach to your events. ISO 20121 Event Sustainability is the global standard for event sustainability, suitable for the global event supply chain, including Small to Medium Enterprises.

This course begins with learning the requirements of ISO 20121 – Event Sustainability Management Systems – providing you with an understanding of the standard, forming a strong foundation for transitioning to more sustainable business practices.

Following this, you will continue your learning experience with an implementation course provided by Positive Impact Events. Helping you take your understanding of the standard, through to application. This equips you with a practical set of materials to support you to implement ISO 20121 within your organization.

By the end of this learning experience, you will be able to:

  • Explain the value and contribution of an Event Sustainability Management System
  • Explain the background to the ISO 20121 standard and its intended outcomes
  • Define key terms and definitions used in event sustainability
