As a passionate and results-driven professional with a strong foundation in sustainability, product development, and engineering, I bring over 6.5 years of experience in driving innovative solutions across multiple industries.
Currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at Pfoods.in, I lead efforts to assess and reduce the carbon and water footprints of plant-based dairy alternatives. My role spans from operations and supply chain optimization to creating engaging marketing content and boosting the company’s online presence. I am also proud to have developed the Choice Box, a breakthrough solution that enables coffee vending machines to offer a variety of milk options—both dairy and non-dairy—while optimizing production and distribution processes. This was key to the first sustainable revenue generation.
Prior to this, I worked as an Analyst at EY, where I conducted research on the integration of emerging technologies like AI, Data Analytics, and Blockchain in advancing sustainability practices. I was involved in thought leadership initiatives, content creation on topics like human rights in supply chains & the circular economy and assessing the sustainability strategies of competitors in the ESG consulting space.
I began my career as a Design Engineer at ENRX Group (formerly EFD Induction India), where I led the mechanical design of prototypes, including the first CE-certified induction tempering machine. My contributions in product development and cross-functional collaboration helped establish best practices for R&D and streamlined the process for qualifying and funding projects.
