About
My background spans financial services, Fortune 500 tech, and food systems operations. At the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, I pioneered the enterprise-wide sustainability program that became the blueprint for all 12 regional banks, delivering a 25% energy reduction ahead of schedule. At Compass Group/Microsoft, I architected global Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting across 180,000+ employees and spearheaded plant-forward initiatives reducing food-related carbon emissions.
I hold a Master’s degree in Sustainability from Harvard University Extension School and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems. My expertise spans carbon accounting, ESG reporting (ISSB, GHG Protocol, TCFD, TNFD, ISO standards), zero-waste certification, and facilities operations.
Through Champions of the World, my consulting practice, I help organizations move from compliance reporting to competitive advantage by embedding sustainability into core business systems and enabling teams to shift from measurement to action.
